SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 3 c. yams, peeled and sliced 1/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter or margarine 1/3 c. canned milk 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, beaten Topping: 1/3 c. melted butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. flour 1 c. chopped nuts Beat yams, sugar, butter or margarine, milk, vanilla and eggs until smooth. Place in ungreased 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix topping in small bowl and sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
