6 to 8 large red potatoes
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
and chives
16 oz. pkg. cream cheese,
garlic powder

Boil potatoes; drain and mash, adding salt, pepper,
garlic powder, milk and butter. In a bowl, blend mashed
potatoes, sour cream-chives and cream cheese. In a buttered
casserole dish, add potatoes and sprinkle paprika on top. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
