SIENIMUREKE (Baked Mushrooms) 3 Tbsp. butter 2 small onions, chopped 2 eggs 2/3 c. dried bread crumbs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. half and half cream 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. mushrooms, coarsely chopped Saute onions in skillet with butter. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, beat eggs, then mix in bread crumbs, milk, cream, salt and pepper until crumbs have absorbed liquid. Now care- fully blend in mushrooms and sauteed onions. Bake at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until set. Delicious as a vegetable with broiled chicken or fish.
