GREEN BEANS - SWISS 3 Tbsp. butter 3 Tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. grated onion 1 1/2 c. sour cream 4 c. drained, cooked green beans 3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese 1 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. slivered almonds 3 Tbsp. melted butter Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Add onion and sour cream; cook until thickened. Add green beans and Swiss cheese to sauce. Pour into greased casserole. Top with corn flakes, almonds and butter that have been mixed together. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Serves 10 to 12 persons.
