SCALLOPED CORN 2 cans cream-style corn 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef 2/3 c. milk crumbled crackers onion and green pepper (optional) Brown hamburg (onion and green pepper if used). Place 1 can of corn in a casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of the ground beef over the corn. Crumble crackers over the corn. Dribble 1/3 cup milk over the mixture. Repeat process with remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
