COLD VEGETABLE PIZZA 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian dressing mix fresh vegetables Flatten crescent rolls on a 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet, buttery side down. Poke holes with fork and bake according to directions. Cool. Mix cream cheese, mayo and Italian dressing mix. Spread on cooled crust. Top with finely chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, green pepper, olives, carrots, cauliflow- er, onions, etc.). Refrigerate. Serves 6 or more depending on cutting. Make 2 for bigger parties.
