FREEZER COLE SLAW

1 medium head cabbage
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. mustard seed

Toss cabbage, carrot, green pepper, onion and salt
altogether and let stand 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients
in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool to lukewarm and pour
over cabbage mixture. Stir until combined. Spoon into covered
containers and freeze until ready to serve. Thaw 1 hour before
serving. Can be refrozen.
