FREEZER COLE SLAW 1 medium cabbage 1 carrot 1 green pepper 1 red pepper, if available Place in blender and shred, drain. Place in large bowl. Add one tablespoon coarse salt. Let stand 1 hour. Drain. In saucepan add: 1 c. vinegar 1/2 c. water 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed Tie seeds in bag. Boil one minute. Mix with cabbage and freeze. May be thawed and refrozen if desired.
