POTATO DUMPLINGS 4 c. boiled potatoes 6 c. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. salt 2 sticks oleo Put boiled potatoes through ricer or food grinder. Add flour and salt. Mix like pie crust; add 2 beaten eggs. Mix in with flour and potatoes. Heat 2 sticks oleo to a hot rolling point; pour on the mixture. Mix again, real lightly. Ball into balls, so they feel like play dough. Put in boiling water for 20 minutes.
