SPINACH CASSEROLE 1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach 1 medium onion 1 can mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lemon, squeezed 25 saltine cracker crumbs salt and pepper to taste 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz Set oven at 350 degrees (preheat). Mix all ingredients, make sure it is mixed well. In a 2 quart buttered baking dish, bake for 25 minutes. Ready to serve.
