CAJUN BEANS 1 lb. R. B. Rices sage sausage 1 (53 oz.) can Brooks chili hot beans 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper 1/2 pkg. Lawry's taco seasoning mix 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (depending upon taste, only if you like it hot) 2 c. white rice Brown sausage and drain. Add seasonings. Mix well and add beans. Simmer over low heat 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over rice. Especially good with cornbread and "plenty" of ice tea.
