1 lb. charcoaled pork butt,
chopped or ground
2 (22 oz.) cans Bush's best
2 (10 oz.) cans pork and
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 small cans mushrooms
2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 bell pepper, chopped
6 bacon strips
Saute mushrooms, onions, celery and bell pepper in
butter; mix charcoaled butt with baked beans, pork and beans,
brown sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix sauteed ingredients
with beans and bake in a 350 degrees oven until hot. Place 6 crisp
bacon strips on top and serve. All ingredients can be adjusted
