1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated zucchini
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Mix all. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at
350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. When cool, slice
into 1-inch squares for appetizers or 3-inch squares for
vegetable with meats. May be baked ahead and quick frozen.
