APPLESAUCE NOODLES 1 pkg. egg noodles 2 eggs 1 stick oleo 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 1 can applesauce Cook and drain noodles. In large bowl, whip eggs and add melted oleo. Add can of applesauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar; stir well and stir in noodles. Butter bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup pecans. Pour into noodle mixture. Sprinkle remaining brown sugar and nuts on top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
