TEXAS POTATOES 2 lb. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. melted butter 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 pt. sour cream 2 c. crushed cornflakes Mix all but crumbs and put in 9 x 13-inch well greased pan. Top with cornflake crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
