POTATO CASSEROLE 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed 2 cans cream soups (chicken, celery, mushroom, etc.) 1 pt. sour cream 1 stick melted margarine 1 chopped onion 1 1/2 to 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded salt and pepper Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with crushed cornflakes mixed with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
