CORN PUDDING 1/4 c. sugar 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 c. milk 6 beaten eggs 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained 1/4 c. melted shortening 1 tsp. salt Put in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 3/4 hours. Note: I melt the shortening in the casserole. Also, I stir after 40 to 45 minutes to get corn off bottom of casse- role.
