EASY RICE PILAF

1 stick margarine
2 medium onions, chopped
2 c. rice, uncooked
2 cans consomme soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the chopped onions and
butter in a casserole dish and heat in oven until onions are
clear. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Turn oven to
350 degrees and cook until liquid has cooked away (about 45 minutes to
1 hour). Be sure and stir periodically. Serves 8 to 10.
