RICE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE

1 c. raw regular rice
1 can onion soup
3/4 can water
1/2 stick margarine
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced,
undrained mushrooms

Mix all ingredients well and put in 2 quart greased
casserole. Cover with lid. Do not stir after it is in oven.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
Microwave Directions: Put soup, water and oleo in dish
(covered); cook on High 5 minutes. Add rice and mushrooms.
Cook on 50% power for 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
