GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 c. skim milk 1 Tbsp. lo-cal butter 1 lb. green beans 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 green pepper, sliced 1/2 tsp. paprika 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs 1 tsp. Parmesan cheese salt and pepper Combine soup, milk and butter in pan and heat. In oiled baking dish, place layers of vegetables, topping each layer with 1/3 of mushroom sauce, paprika, crumbs, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. One serving equal 125 calories.
