BAKED STUFFED POTATOES

4 baked potatoes (3 oz. each)
1/4 c. plain unflavored yogurt
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Bake potatoes until thoroughly done. Cut each potato in
half. Scoop out pulp. Place in small bowl. Reserve the
shells. Add remaining ingredients to pulp and mash until well
mixed. Divide potato evenly into 4 portions. Fill each potato
shell with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 4
servings.
