LOUISIANA GREEN BEANS|
1 lb. fresh green beans or two
9 oz. pkg. frozen green
2 c. (1 lb. can) tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Cook green beans until tender. Combine beans, tomatoes,
celery, green pepper and onion salt. Cook over medium heat
about 15 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
Approximately 20 calories per serving.
