10 3/4 oz. can condensed
Cheddar cheese soup
1/4 c. skim milk
generous dash of nutmeg
2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen
cauliflower, drained

Blend the soup, milk and nutmeg in a saucepan. Cook and
stir the sauce until it is bubbling. Pour over the hot cauli-
flower and serve. Makes 6 servings at 87 calories per serving.
