16 to 20 oz. broccoli
10 oz. cooked chicken or
turkey, chopped
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can green
chilies, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
4 c. cooked rice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oil

Cook broccoli in small amount of water; drain and set
aside. Grate cheese and set aside. Cook and drain rice.
Combine all ingredients and put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Makes 8 servings; 3 pro-
tein, 1/4 egg, 1 bread, 1/8 fat and 1 vegetable.
