CARROT SQUARES

1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
6 packets Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. water (hot)
1 packet Butter Buds
1 egg, beaten
1 c. raisins
1 c. grated carrots

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl combine flour, baking
powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and Sweet 'N Low. In separate
bowl mix soda in butter buds (made into liquid with water); add
to dry ingredients. Stir in egg. Add carrots and raisins.
Mix. Pour in 8-inch oiled square pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool
and cut in squares. One 2-inch square equal 60 calories.
