green beans or other
vegetable such as
asparagus, broccoli,
carrots or cauliflower
1 Tbsp. minced onion or 1 tsp.
onion flakes
2 Tbsp. lo-cal salad dressing
2 Tbsp. olive juice (from jar
of olives)
1/4 pimiento, diced and
1/2 fresh red bell pepper,

Combine all ingredients and chill until serving time.
Makes 25 servings at 35 calories each.
