2 zucchini, 3/4 lb. sliced
6 oz. can unsweetened apple
1/2 tsp. arrowroot or
1 tsp. instant dried onion
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a shallow pan. Simmer
the mixture, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has
evaporated, leaving a thick sauce. Makes 4 servings; 36
calories per serving.
