2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen
cauliflower, cooked
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of paprika
1/2 c. nondairy low-fat sour
cream substitute
4 Tbsp. bread crumbs

Place the cauliflower in a nonstick baking dish and
season it with salt, pepper and paprika. Cover it with the
imitation sour cream and bread crumbs and bake in a preheated
350 degrees oven just until brown. Makes 6 servings, 72 calories per
