1 bunch fresh broccoli (2 pkg.
1/4 c. boiling salted water
1/3 c. diet mayonnaise
1/3 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 tsp. onion flakes
dash of cayenne
3/4 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli, covered, in the boiling, salted water
until it is barely tender. In a bowl combine the mayonnaise,
yogurt, onion flakes, cayenne and salt. Serve the sauce over
the hot broccoli. Makes 4 servings, 90 calories per serving.
