1/2 stick lo-cal margarine
1 medium zucchini, peeled and
seeds removed
1 can tomatoes with onions and
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 envelope lo-cal sweetener
1 c. cooked rice

In large pan, melt margarine. Add zucchini cut in small
pieces. Then add all other ingredients except rice and cook
until tender. Then add rice and cook 10 minutes longer.
