2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
1/4 c. chopped onion
6 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cracker Barrel
3 eggs, beaten
Drop broccoli in boiling water just long enough to thaw.
Drain well. Saute onion in butter; add flour and milk. Cook
until thick. Add cut-up cheese and broccoli; mix well. Add
eggs and mix. Put in greased casserole; top with cracker
crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
