CHEESE GRITS CASSEROLE

1 c. grits
4 c. water
1 stick margarine
6 oz. pkg. Kraft garlic cheese
spread, cut in chunks
2 eggs, beaten
milk (see directions)

Cook grits in 4 cups of water until thick. Add marga-
rine and cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Let cool.
Beat the eggs; put in measuring cup and finish filling cup with
milk. Add to cooled grits mixture. Put into greased (or
sprayed) baking dish and bake in moderate oven about 30 to 45
minutes until browned on top. Makes 8 generous servings.
