POTATO CASSEROLE 1 pkg. frozen potatoes O'Brien 1 stick butter (save half for top) 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 tsp. pepper corn flakes crumbs (for top) Mix together and place in 11 x 13-inch greased pan; top with corn flake crumbs and rest of butter.
