MICROWAVE CHEESY BACON TOPPED POTATOES 6 medium potatoes, diced and cooked 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese 10 to 12 green onions, sliced 4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked 3/4 c. mayonnaise pepper to taste To cook potatoes, put in microwave safe dish; add small amount of water. Cover tightly and microwave at High for 9 minutes. Microwave bacon until almost done, about 4 minutes, on High. Toss potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, pepper and olives in 1 1/2 to 2 quart casserole. Top with bacon, cut up small. Microwave at High for 10 to 12 minutes. If using probe, set for 190 degrees.
