RICE-LASAGNE STYLE 1 c. boiled rice 2 small cans tomato sauce 1 small can baby peas 1 small onion 1 lb. chopped meat 1 egg 1 small Mozzarella cheese, grated salt and pepper chopped parsley grated Romano cheese Saute onion in a little oil; brown meat. Add tomato sauce; let cook until it thickens a little. Add peas. Mix rice with egg, cheeses, salt, pepper and parsley. Layer, first sauce, then rice mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until melted and bubbles. Let stand 15 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
