YELLOW RICE 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder 2 c. chicken broth (fat removed) or 2 c. hot water and 2 bouillon cubes (chicken) 1 c. long grain rice 1/4 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. diced green pepper 10 to 12 drops yellow food coloring Combine curry with 2 tablespoons chicken broth to make smooth paste. Stir in bouillon and heat to boiling point. Remove from heat. Add rice, onion, green pepper and food coloring. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, covered, in 350 degrees oven for 45 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir once or twice during baking. Serves 5 to 6.
