CHEDDAR POTATOES 1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 can cream of chicken soup 5 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 onion, grated 1/2 tsp. salt Topping: 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/4 c. butter, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and pour into an 8-inch greased casserole dish. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 1 hour. Serves 4.
