GERMAN RED CABBAGE|
4 c. red cabbage, chopped in
2 tart cooking apples, peel,
core and slice
1 small onion, quartered
Mix and place in saucepan, then add:
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cook until cabbage is tender. Serves 4.
