GERMAN POTATO PANCAKE 6 medium potatoes, grated 1 small onion, grated 2 Tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 tsp. salt pinch of pepper Mix ingredients until well blended. Drop, by spoonful, onto well greased griddle. Turn when brown. Cook until crispy and brown. Remove to paper toweling. Serve with applesauce. Makes 12.
