KINGS ARMS TAVERN'S SWEET POTATOES 2 1/2 lb. dry pack sweet potatoes or 2 large cans drained 1 stick butter, melted 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 scant tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar Mash potatoes and remove any stringy parts. Add melted butter. Mix nutmeg, cinnamon and salt with sugar and add to potato mixture. Mix until smooth. Carefully add milk one cup at a time. Pour into greased casserole. Mixture may be loose. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, until top glazes over. Serves 6 to 8.
