CASSEROLE OF SUMMER SQUASH 2 cooked summer squash 1 Tbsp. butter 4 Tbsp. cream 2 Tbsp. minced ham 3/4 c. buttered corn flakes Mash the cooked squash with butter, cream and minced ham. Place in warmed open casserole dish and cover top of mixture with buttered cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees until corn flakes are browned. Serves 4. Reprinted from 1945 cookbook.
