BEETS AND SOUR CREAM 2 cans diced beets, drained 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. water 1 Tbsp. flour 8 oz. sour cream Boil the beets, butter, sugar, salt, pepper and water for 8 to 10 minutes. Blend the flour into the sour cream. Fold this sour cream mixture into the cooked beet mixture. Serve hot.
