DASH OF POTATO WEDGES 3 medium baking potatoes 1/3 c. unsalted butter 2 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning Sour Cream Dip: 1 c. sour cream 1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, optional) Combine sour cream and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash for dip. Cover and chill. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Scrub potatoes, pat dry and cut lengthwise into wedges. Melt butter, add 2 1/2 teaspoons Mrs. Dash. Dip potatoes in mixture, coating all sides. Place in single layer on 15 x 10-inch pan, cut side down. Spoon remaining butter mixture on potatoes. Bake 30 minutes. Turn and bake for 20 to 25 minutes more or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve with dip. Makes 4 generous portions.
