1 lb. squash
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
7 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
Stew squash until tender. Drain. Mix other ingredients
with squash. Cook 1 hour (check after 45 minutes) at 350 degrees.
