1 (16 oz.) jar tiny size whole
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. oleo
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Drain beets, reserving 1/2 cup liquid. Dissolve corn-
starch in reserved juice. Add orange juice, lemon juice, sugar
and grated orange peel. Cook, stirring constantly until
thickened and translucent. Add beets and oleo. Heat. Serves
