BEANS CURRY 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans 2 Tbsp. oleo 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 1/4 c. chopped onions 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. curry powder 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. seedless raisins Drain beans, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. Melt oleo in skillet. Add green pepper and onion, cook until tender. Blend in flour, salt and curry powder. Add reserved liquid and milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add beans and raisins. Heat.
