SCALLOPED POTATOES 6 large potatoes, boiled al dente, chill 1/3 c. butter 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar (1/2 lb.) 1/3 c. diced onions 2 c. sour cream salt and pepper to taste Slice potatoes into a large bowl. Melt butter and pour over potatoes along with all other ingredients. Mix and toss until coated well. Bake in greased baking dish at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Not good for dieters, but so what!
