BAKED LIMA BEANS 1 lb. beans 1/2 bottle catsup 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. salt pepper 1/2 lb. bacon, finely cut Soak beans at least 24 hours. Parboil (cook) until tender. Place in pot. Add catsup, mustard, brown sugar, salt, pepper and bacon. Stir and add water until well covered. Bake slowly at least 6 hours.
