BRANDIED SWEET POTATOES 4 medium sweet potatoes (may use canned) 1 stick oleo 1/3 c. brandy 2 Tbsp. brown sugar nutmeg Cook potatoes with skins on. Drain, peel, rinse, mash. Add oleo and brandy. Beat. Pile in casserole. Don't smooth top. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nutmeg. Heat in oven. Serves 4.
