2 lb. frozen hash browns,
slightly thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick melted butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Mix all of the ingredients in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add
crushed potato chips on top. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at
350 degrees.
